Fees & Conditions

For supervision enquiries, a complimentary telephone discussion and assessment of up to 30 minutes is offered. Following that, all negotiated sessions are charged for – see below for pricing.

Organisations, where arranged, can expect an on-site visit to directly discuss options and organisational expectations.

External Supervision - organisations & clinician direct

Organisational – as per pre-arranged contractual arrangements.

Clinician Direct - (via Teams) $200.00/hour excluding GST.

Department of Justice - Single Expert Witness Children's Court of WA

In accordance with contractual and tender arrangements.

Department of Communities

In accordance with relevant tender and contractual arrangements.

NDIS - Functional Capacity Assessments

In accordance with organisational contracts and individual service agreements.

Payment

For individuals
Face-to-face sessions are to be paid at the end of the session or via invoice as negotiated. All virtual sessions will be emailed an invoice directly following the session. A receipt will be provided promptly following payment. Payment terms are seven days.

For organisations
Organisations are invoiced at the end of each month. Payment terms are 30 days. Receipts will be issued if requested.

Location and Availability

Services are supplied during business hours, with a limited number of after-hours and weekend sessions available.

Options for sessions are:

Face-to-face in my private office in Darlington, or
Virtual meetings provided via Zoom or Teams, as negotiated if suitable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time may incur a fee up to the full cost of the session.
